When running QuickBooks in multi-user mode (more than one user working in the file at the same time), the computer that is storing the company file must share (or “host”) access to the file.
For each computer that contains company files that other users will access, click Yes, allow access to share the files and the installer will set up the computer to share its company files with other users.
