- Unpack retail untouched installer. (Do NOT use another type of installer!)

- Disable internet and install retail product with the below info:

Licence: 5290-7452-1183-900
Product Number: 985-058

- After installation if opened, close it compeltely.

- Replace both patched files in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 21.0

- Do not apply auto updates. If you do so it will revert back to unlicensed mode when auto update is used!
